Parker Fields

Parker Fields is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology and Professional Services Practice. He focuses on recruiting senior leaders across business services, management consulting, and technology, and has recruited across multiple functional areas for clients throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining JM Search, Parker was a Senior Consultant in Wilton & Bain’s Executive Search practice. At Wilton & Bain, Parker partnered with clients across management consulting, technology, and private equity, helping them identify and attract top-tier talent. Prior to that, he was with GLG, where he supported private equity firms in conducting research and due diligence—both pre-deal and for portfolio companies—across a range of industries, including industrials, tech-enabled services, life sciences, SaaS, software, and technology.

Parker graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He was born in Dallas, Texas and is an avid outdoorsman. He currently resides in Manhattan.
